HEALTH POLICY FOR PROSTATE HEALTH !

Prevent Prostate cancer, the second most common male cancer world wide. Characterized by weak erections, a slow and cumbersome flow of urine or intermittent flow in the urethra. The prostate is infected with toxicity from the urine, penetrating directly into the prostate gland and promoting the build-up of BPH tissue in the urethra, prostate and bladder neck as can be seen on the sketches. Sexual inactivity would be the major cause of the build-up of BPH tissue, prostate infection and eventual prostate cancer.

Cyclists cause major damage to the urinary system due to the long periods they spend cycling and an enormous amount of pressure is forced on the area between the legs near to the prostate gland by the saddle, this in turn causes damage to the urethra with regular urinary inflammation.

Frequent erections, sex or masturbation, particularly in the 40s and 50s will  help to prevent prostate cancer in later life. I believe that the more men ejaculate between the ages of 40 and 60, the less likely they are to develop the disease that kills more than a million men each year. I suspect that strong erections and frequent ejaculation has a protective effect against the cancer because it prevents dangerous carcinogens from building up in the prostate gland.

YOUR URINE IS LIKE AN ACID!

The prostate infection is normally cleared with medication but basically we do not attend to the basic cause of the infection, two to four months later the prostate infection returns. Most people think that the crust formed in public urinals or the toilet bowel at home is due to lime in the water. Not so!. In medical terms this crust is referred to as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia tissue that also clings to the walls of the urethra and the prostate gland, slowing down the flow of urine. Urine contains much toxicity and infects the prostate gland on a daily basis. Natures method to remove BPH tissue relates to strong natural erections during sleep or with masturbation or more regular sex

Project "P" exercises improves erection strength, natures natural method to stretch the urethra and loosen the BPH tissue in the urethra, the prostate gland and the bladder neck and flushing the tissue out when passing urine. This facilitates the smooth flow of urine, ending constriction and the risk of prostate infection. The inability to urinate normally or even worse cancerous symptoms are diagnosed, surgery would be the only alternative.

Always keep an eye on the flow of urine. A strong flow of urine is a very good indication that your prostate gland is in good health. Very often the operation leads to permanent erectile dysfunction and inconsistency. Damage to the nervous system of the prostate gland can also occur with surgery.

PROSTATISM

Difficult urinating caused by benign enlargement of the prostate gland is called prostatism. Such enlargement is also called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or BPH. BPH tissue is the most common benign tumor in men and is responsible for urinary ailments in most men over the age of 50. It is thought that between 20 to 30 percent of men will need medical or surgical treatment of BPH before they reach age 80.

Prostatitis

Is the inflammation of the prostate gland.  It is not an infection, though it may originally have been started by one such as bacteria from the bowel, this is not in general something you have caught and often affects younger men in their twenties and thirties.

Many men have been suffering in silence from a disease that could have easily been prevented. This disease is called prostatitis, inflammation of the prostate gland. Prostatitis causes intense pain, urinary complications, sexual dysfunction, infertility, and a drastic reduction in the quality of life.
No proof exists to show that the infection does not lead to prostate cancer or BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). Although some of the signs and symptoms of BPH and prostate cancer are identical.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia:

This is a benign (non cancerous) enlargement of the prostate gland.
The prostate gland normally begins to increase in size, (normally the size of a pea) enough to be noticed, as a man moves into his 40's. This enlargement will constrict the urinary channel passing through the center of the prostate gland, and slow down the stream. This can produce different types of urinary problems as mentioned above or could even cause a back up into the kidneys and subsequent kidney damage or failure.

IMPOTENCE AND POOR URINATION ARE THE MAIN REASONS FOR PROSTATE INFECTION.

Symptoms:
  • The bladder feels as though it is not completely emptied after urinating.
  • You have to pass urine more often than usual.

  • A sudden strong urge to urinate and you cannot delay.
  • Your stream is weak and you stop and start when urinating.
  • You have to strain to urinate after stopping.
  • You have to get up often at night to urinate.
  • You dribble urine after stopping.
  • Loin pain.
  • Testicular pain.
  • Burning sensation in the urethra and prostate before and after ejaculation.

  • IMPORTANT

  • Do a personal check on your urine by urinating in a clear glass, say once a month, view the contents and ensure there are no odd particles floating around in the urine, the urine should be clear!

    Causes:

    • Weak erections.
    • Benign Prostatic tissue.
    • Obstructed flow of urine.

    Complications:

    • No Bladder control.
    • Loss of erection.
    • Prostate cancer
    • Surgery.

    Statistics:

    • Beningn Prostatic tissue occurs in 50 - 75 males over the age of 50

    • Most common cancer worldwide.

    • 200,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the US annually.

    • 38,000 will die in the USA annually as a result of Prostate cancer.
    • Second largest cause of cancer deaths in England and Wales.

CLIENT LETTER

Before telling you of the benefits I derived from the course I must give you details regarding my background. I will be 76 years old on the 21st June. I have been a widower for 15 years my wife died in 1983. The only sex I have experienced since that date was once in 1984 and then again in Australia in 1994. As a result of such a long period of abstinence I found it difficult to raise an erection and when I did do so I could not maintain it for long.
I have poor circulation having suffered from Angina since 1969 and a heart attack in 1974. Naturally I am on medication to control this problem and have been lucky to have a fairly normal life. Now despite all this let me give you the good news. Your program has given me the following;
1) Strong erections which would appear to last for ever and believe it or not I wake up with an erection every morning. I have always considered that to be a privilege enjoyed by young men not an old one like me.
2) Enlargement in length and girth:- Flaccid length from 10cm to 13cm - girth also from 10cm to 13cm. Erect length from 15cm to 17,5cm - girth from 13cm to 14,5cm.
3) Enlargement of scrotum and testicles.
4) Enlargement of glans-penis with thick broad rim which please me no end.
5) Improved prostate and urinary system.
6) To sum up I really feel that my penis has been completely revitalized, my self esteem considerably enhanced and my state of health rejuvenated.
Thank you.
