An erection occurs rapidly within 15 to 30 seconds for most of your life
but as you age and reach the fifties it will take longer. The
muscular wall around the spongy tissue in the corpora cavernosa relaxes,
so more blood may flow in. All the veins which run through the outer
sheath compress, trapping blood inside the corpora cavernosa, internal
pressure rises and the flow of blood in and out of the penis slows down
completely.
The penis contains two
cylinders named the corpora cavernosa. These cylinders must fill with
blood to produce an erection. To maintain the erection the blood must be
securely trapped. Should the blood trapping mechanism be affected in any
way the erection will be weak or not stay erect for a long period of time.
Impotence
is the inability for a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficiently
hard or for long enough to penetrate his partner and complete masturbation
or the
sex act to orgasm and ejaculation.
Impotence
is characterized by the fluctuating strength of the erection or the inability to
perform, and is a purely physical problem. The belief that impotence is all in the mind is
generally untrue.
Four basic factors cause erectile dysfunction: Physical damage, medication
illness
or the major cause a penis that has become so lazy that it is unable to
function normally. If there has
been no physical damage to the penis or the pubic area, impotence or
erectile-dysfunction can be
cured by improving health and blood circulation through the penis with
basic penile exercise that includes strengthening of the nerves and micro muscles of the penis
with our unique Project 'P' program.
The Project "P" program has been hailed as being a
miracle by many of
our clients some of whom suffer from Diabetes, high or low blood pressure,
stress, medication
or have undergone bypass surgery. All of which can cause impotence, a weak
penis will allow the blood to leak back, making the
penis flaccid.
Weak or non-existent erections are directly responsible for
many urinary infections, from the bladder to the
meatus. Many other penile problems and
eventually prostate cancer may be traced to the man
allowing his penile system to become unfit.
If a man
can keep his penis strong, fit and healthy, then he should never
suffer from any erectile dysfunction or impotence. Very few males have erectile
dysfunction when they are young and the body is strong, fit, virile and
healthy, and sexually active! One of the most sensitive
topics discussed by
men of all ages is the performance of their
sexual organs, as there seems to be some important relationship between the male ego and his sexual
functioning.
Some causes of erectile
dysfunction:
A
weak, unfit penis with little or no sexual activity is the major cause of all
the other problems associated with the penis and testicles, a vicious
cycle that eventually involves the entire penile system. Poor blood circulation through the
penis and supporting tissues Lack of natural testosterone, the testicles stop producing
Testosterone. Having a vasectomy prevents the sperm produced by the
testicles from entering the urethra. Medical opinion believes if performed correctly, this
should not cause an inability to maintain an
erection.
In the animal world castration means
a complete lack of sexual desire
or that no interest in sexual activity should occur. This method was practiced in ancient times to prevent slaves from
becoming sexually involved with any of the ladies he was taking care of or
protecting. Impotence can be due to a blocked artery, such as breaking
the pelvis in a motor accident, or other cause of weakened blood
supply to the penis. In older men, the minute muscles that control the draining of the blood from the penis become weak, and
so allow the blood to leak, and thus allowing the penis to become
flaccid.
Summary:
Erectile dysfunction is a
physical disorder but will eventually induce negative, psychological
disorders if the problem is not solved. Erectile medication only has short
term success with continuous use and increased volumes of medication to
obtain results.
