GENERAL QUESTIONS - ADVICE - INFORMATION. |

A You can learn to control the timing of your ejaculation by taking your penis to the 'gym'. While exercising your penis, you are in effect, at the same time learning more about your body, and what it reacts to, and what you really enjoy doing. For those of us that grew up in the era where masturbation was considered unmanly, this is something new to discover. One way to learn how to control the timing of your ejaculation is to masturbate to just before orgasm, and then stop. Repeat this as often as you can, controlling your responses to the stimulation so that you are able to masturbate for about ten minutes, with or without lubrication, before allowing orgasm and ejaculation to occur naturally. This procedure does eventually work. However, it would be quicker and simpler to follow the recommendations in our exercise program, so that you can start right away with gaining control over your orgasm/ejaculatory nervous system. Q Why would exercise prevent premature ejaculation... ? A Exercising strengthens and develops the entire structure of the penis and the urinary system, not only the PC muscle by doing the Kegel exercise. Our exercise for strengthening and developing control of your PC muscle also strengthens your anal sphincter muscle, including those that lift the penis when you are obtaining an erection at will. With practice we train you to identify each of these muscles, so that you can clench any of them, separately. Using the combination of all our exercises strengthens the muscles of your entire pleasure, reproductive and urinary system Q Surgical damage ... ? A Surgery should only be considered in a matter of life and death. Q I am wondering if your products and programs can help me. Some years ago, I foolishly had penis enlargement surgery. Unfortunately, the penis is now smaller than before -- due to scar tissue. I have problems getting and keeping an erection -- which was never a problem before. But worst of all is that I have lost 75% -- (as measured by a doctor using electronic stimulation) -- of the feeling in the head and shaft of the penis. Please let me know if your product will help me. Sincerely. Q Peyronies disease ... ? A f, when your penis is fully erect, the curve is a 'banana' shape, it may not be the typical Peyronies disease and would be repairable by exercising the penile system, concentrating at first on straightening your penis. If, when fully erect the curve is a 90degree bend, flexible at the bend, and somewhat painful when you clench your penis muscles, and you find it impossible to penetrate your partner, then the diagnosis is probably correct. Also, when your penis is completely flaccid, if you can feel with your fingers a hard lump, (about the size of an ordinary green pea), at the point where your penis bends when it is hard, then the diagnosis is correct. In 1995 I was diagnosed with Peyronies disease. I underwent an operation and everything was fine. However in 1999 my penis started to curve again. It is now quite distressful to look at. Worse, I am losing confidence in my self especially during sex. I cannot go for another operation because I am now 21 years old and therefore have no medical aid. I am a student and will be for the next 2 years. can you advise me on what to do? will your program straighten my penis PERMANENTLY? do I have to continue with the program forever? There is only one way to develop and strengthen any part of your body and that is with natural exercise. We would need further information about your condition, to be able to answer your question more fully. But even so, if you do the exercise programme as it is, you will experience all the advantages. Exercising a penis with this problem may not effect a full cure. The exercises will, however ensure that your penis will grow bigger and better. Eventually, you will be able to penetrate your partner, as the flexibility at the bend is firmed up. Deep penetration will be uncomfortable, but intimacy will be provided. Q What side or after effects could I experience ... ? A I have never heard of any side or after effects that have been caused by exercise or physio-therapy. If exercise is administered in a professional manner and instructions are followed carefully there is no way any damage could be done to the penile or urinary system. As with bodybuilding some discomfort could be experienced, especially when commencing with the program, as real exercise is probably new to your penis, and progress should be made accordingly. Q Must I exercise for the rest of my life...? A Why not? it is a most enjoyable process! Because you can do the exercises anywhere, any time, the results are permanent, the program is cost effective, the exercises are natural and safe and in no way can any damage be done to the penile and urinary system. Poor development of the body parts follows neglect, causing later problems in life. Other parts of the body may be cared for in many ways, very often on a daily routine. However, mention of caring for your penis in any way might meet with derision! We use and abuse our penises and then wonder why they don't maintain their good health, virility and functional abilities! Caring for your penis should become part of your daily lifestyle. The importance of caring for the health of your penis in every possible way cannot be overstressed. Q My erections are weak...? A If your penis and accompanying glands, muscles and cell tissue is in an unfit condition, that compares well to a person having an unfit body. There is basically nothing wrong with your penis, but because of poor blood circulation, your erections are weak. In a body lacking fitness, taking part in any physical activity sometimes takes major effort. Your penis reacts in exactly the same manner. It also can become unfit and lazy. The only natural way to get your penis or your body strong, fit and healthy is with scientifically designed exercise, specifically selected and well tried for the body part under consideration. Q I cannot maintain the erection ... ? A To be able to maintain a strong erection, you need to be fit and healthy. There may be some other health reason for your inability to hold it 'up'. Have a medical checkup to make sure that there is nothing else wrong, first. If there is no medical problem, then improve your fitness with natural exercise, to provide good blood circulation, health and strength. Tablets and injections may have the desired affect in the short term but they do not improve the strength of the penis. Improve your penis and support system by using the recommended exercises, and do not be surprised if the teenage erections which happen at odd times start to re-occur! Q I have tried vacuum therapy, injections and tablets ... ? A All three of the above may be good in the short term, but it is only with time and energy spent doing the exercises which will give you the results that you are looking for. You cannot buy the sort of gratification that you earn by doing the exercises as described in our Project "P". Q Why would weak erections cause prostate infection or cancer... ? A Any undeveloped penis that has not been improved with proper exercise can fall prey to erection failure and also prostate infections. Young men very seldom suffer from prostate infections, because the strong erections that are experienced by them assist in removing the BPH tissue from the urethra and prostate gland. Having sex (of whatever sort) regularly, helps to keep your penis active but does not improve, strengthen or develop it. That only comes with doing properly designed exercises. Q
What
causes prostate infection or prostate cancer... ? Why does the prostate gland enlarge ... ? The prostate gland enlarges to allow passage of urine in spite of a build-up of BPH tissue in the urethra and in the gland itself. Each time you pass urine the urethra is left in a wet condition. This wetness clings to the casing of the urethra and eventually converts to BPH tissue. So each time you pass urine more substance is left in the urethra which is really a very fine little tube with not too much surface area. As the urethra narrows the urine builds up on the inner surface of the prostate gland, so the gland will enlarge with the accumulation of BPH tissue. (View the sketches on my web pages) This tissue can only be removed naturally with many strong erections or with exercise. Q Why do I have a burning sensation when I ejaculate ... ? A You may have some type of infection in your urethra. Sperm that is chemically different to the body part that it is passing through, might cause the 'burning' sensation that you feel. You may also be experiencing some discomfort while urinating. Correcting your eating/drinking habits would help. If there is no improvement, seek medical aid. Q Does curvature eventually cause Peyronies disease... ? A Not by itself, no. Peyronies disease, although the exact cause is uncertain, is apparently scar tissue at a site of previous damage. The damage could have been caused by trying to have sex without a fully hard erection, or it could be from being hit by a ball, or by being kicked while playing sport. In any case, it usually only becomes apparent in one percent of men over the age of fifty. When the scar tissue has been in place for about two years, it calcifies, and causes no further trouble, except that the penis is bent 90 degrees, and is very uncomfortable for both partners in all sex positions. However masturbation and oral sex is not affected. Exercise of an affected penis stops further attrition, and by strengthening your penis, you can maintain and even increase it's size and strength, both flaccid and erect. A curved penis (banana shaped) is actually due to poor development. Very often a completely straight penis develops Peyronies disease as the man gets older. Be the penis straight or curved before Peyronies, the unexercised penis is at risk, because the erectile tissue (corpora cavernosa) has not been completely or properly developed. Should some other part of the body not develop naturally, one would seek medical advice, or undergo some other sort of therapy, or workout in a gymnasium. Here is your opportunity to help your best friend There is only one way to develop or strengthen this or any other part of your body and that is with regular physical exercise!
